Answers to common questions about 59bd lottery and account management.

59bd's "Multi-Draw" or accumulator betting option lets you enter multiple lottery draws in a single session. For example, you can buy tickets for both the daily and weekly draws on the same day — each is a separate draw, but you can pay for them all in one transaction. Head to the "Combo Cart" option in the Lottery section, add the draws you want to enter, and complete a single payment. Each draw will generate its own unique ticket ID, and all tickets will appear under "My Tickets." A single combo cart can hold tickets for up to 5 different draws.

Yes, 59bd offers a Self-Exclusion option and temporary breaks without having to close your account entirely. Log in via the app or website and go to Settings > Responsible Gaming > Take a Break. You can choose a break of 1 day, 7 days, 1 month, or 6 months. During the break, you won't be able to log in or purchase any bets or tickets. Your account reactivates automatically once the break period ends. If you'd like to permanently close your account, you'll need to do so through live chat support — in that case, make sure to withdraw any remaining wallet balance beforehand.
